How Often Should I Schedule a Deep Cleaning Service?
For most homeowners, a one-time deep cleaning every 6 to 12 months is usually sufficient. If you aren’t receiving regular cleaning on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, you may want to schedule cleanings more frequently.
Are your cleaners insured and bonded?

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

What time will you be at my home?
We set up a preferred arrival window of time. As we clean homes during the day, we may encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic or a customer who requests some additional help.
How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
Your Merry Maids® office may send one or more team members to clean your home. The number of team members depends on your cleaning needs and the local franchise’s scheduling demands. Whether we send a team or a solo cleaner, you can rest assured that your home will be cleaned by bonded and insured professionals who are well-trained in professional home cleaning so you can relax – it’s done!
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. However, if you will not be present, we’ll need to arrange access to the property involving a spare key or codes for your garage door.
Do you require me to sign up for a recurring service?
While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week or less frequently. We also offer one-time and special occasion cleanings for holidays, graduation open houses, dinner parties, weddings and other special events. Additionally, many of our clients request seasonal cleanings for occasions such as spring cleaning and pre-holiday. Customers preparing to list their home for sale or relocating from an apartment or condo often request move-in and move-out cleaning.
I only need help with the more rigorous tasks like cleaning ceiling fans, dusting blinds and scrubbing showers. Can you help with this?
